Come and live an unforgettable experience; we will welcome you into our professional pastry laboratory. In addition to discovering the origins and secrets of Sicilian pastry art, you will have the opportunity to try your hand at creating your own sweets alongside master pastry chefs. Together, we will prepare some of the typical desserts of the region and the province of Trapani, in particular the Sicilian cassata and cannoli. We will conclude this fantastic experience with a tasting of what we have created together, accompanied by a selection of the finest Sicilian dessert wines from the province of Trapani.
