“We wanted to give new life to a 20th century building, preserving its integrity and original beauty, respecting the territory and its identity.”


Bassi 77 is located in a historic 20th century building built entirely with tuff from Favignana. In 2020 the building was renovated with a view to enhancing its architectural elements, preserving its identity and original beauty. The high vaulted roofs, the handmade Sicilian majolica flooring, the typical Trapani staircase located inside the courtyard, and the details of the ancient Sicilian residences blend with industrial elements and modern details.

The property offers double rooms and a comfortable apartment for 2/4 people.

The rooms and the apartment are the result of a recent renovation aimed at giving new life to the architectural elements of the structure and preserving its Sicilian identity. Thus, unique rooms are born, all different from each other, where the high tuff walls and traditional Sicilian tiles combine with industrial furnishings and a vintage touch.

In the heart of the city of Trapani.

Just a 5-minute walk from the sea and 15 minutes from the historic centre, Bassi 77 is strategically located both for exploring the city of Trapani on foot and for reaching the main tourist destinations and points of interest:

  • 20 minutes from the port of Trapani and boarding for the Egadi Islands; 
  • just over 2 km from the Pepoli Museum and the Trapani - Erice Cable Car; 
  • 2.8 km from the Saline di Trapani and Paceco;  
  • 12 km from Birgi V. Florio Airport; 
  • 32 km from the Temple of Segesta; 
  • 37 km from San Vito Lo Capo and the Zingaro Nature Reserve.

The area is well served by shops, restaurants, bars, and supermarkets. Nearby are also bus stops and coach services connecting the city with the airports of Trapani and Palermo. Street parking is available, both paid and free.
